My Approach

Support that balances tenderness with clarity

My approach is warm, grounding, creative, person-centered, solution-focused, goal-driven and rooted in attachment. I conduct both holistic & traditional approaches in session while allowing space for creativity, dyadic art making, movement based interventions based on a person's unique experience. In my work, I find ways to incorporate exploration, lightness and play into what can sometimes be an uncomfortable healing process for adults. I invite body scans & creative check-ins with either the use of a guided meditation, stretches, identifying physical sensations, or using a figure & drawing materials to identify where feelings are being held in the body

We have to look within in order to understand why we move, think, and feel the way we do. Healing is a full body experience that requires us to be curious, and open in order to both identify and understand our somatic responses to experiences

How we guide

We meet you where you are

Whether you are overwhelmed, hopeful, or simply unsure, we begin with what feels most true right now.

We build tools that last

Our work focuses on sustainable coping, emotional language, and more ease in daily life.

We honor the whole story

Parenthood, career change, grief, identity, body changes, and family systems all belong in the conversation.
